Sunshine的青醬很香濃 吃起來是清爽的那種我個人比較喜歡醬子的口感 不會很有負擔🤤
嫩雞是3大塊得雞胸肉 肉質不柴還不錯～中卷也是很大一隻欸 Q彈有嚼勁 cp值很高耶！

Happy Friday guys! Japanese food is always a YES for me. A simple lunch set can definitely tickle my taste bud and I can have it every day. Have to mention that the lunch set here is a good deal! I will definitely come back to try another tea time set!

The de-facto supermarket in Farlim- Sunshine Farlim has garnered quite a number of hawker stalls inside the building recently. While many return for the famous Claypot Chicken Rice, we had our lunch at this newly opened (started in Dec 2018) Fu Hua (福华小菜馆). The place offers Roasted Meats (Chicken, Duck, Pork) with Rice/ Noodles for lunch and Chinese Stir Fry (Chu Char) in the late afternoons. Not out of the world delicious but pretty standard-average… especially when you get to enjoy local food by paying hawker-price in a fully air-conditioned environment.

簡単タイ料理
【NGUAN SOON Hand no.1】
Pad Thai Noodles（パッタイヌードル/２人前）
材料
ぶた肉
卵
ぬるま湯 80ml
熱湯
もやし
にら
作り方
１細麺を熱湯に5分つけて柔らかくなるまで待って、水気を切る
２フライパンに豚肉をと卵を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる
３粉末パッタイの素をぬるま湯（80ml)で混ぜてからフライパンで炒める
４戻しておいた細麺を入れ、2分ほどよく炒める
５もやし、にらを加え出来上がり
お好みで唐辛子を入れて辛さを加えても良い

タイで販売されている日清食品 出前一丁 激辛チーズ焼きそば
５袋いっぺんに作ってみました
かなり激辛なので野菜とチーズを加えてさらに激辛麺の分量を増やしました
今回は日清のカップ麺でなく日清の袋麺です
一度大食いなるものをやってみたくて挑戦しましたが出来上がった量と辛さで断念しました
日清食品 出前一丁 激辛チーズ焼きそばの作り方は
１、熱湯を入れる
２、３分待つ
３、湯切りをする
４、粉末スープと粉末チーズを投入
