What I normally do when I'm away from my home gym.
This routine is a combination of Weights + Bodyweight + Cardio (at the end of the exercise). Just like my other videos on my channel, this routine is a circuit format, meaning no rest in between each exercise keeping the heart rate high all the time to maximize calorie output, at the same time hitting all the muscle group hard to maintain those hard earned muscle mass.
