Anthem launched almost exactly two years ago, and the launch was rough. Many fans who saw the potential in the original version have been waiting for BioWare’s “Anthem Next” update to transform the beleaguered game and turn things around (like Final Fantasy XIV or No Man’s Sky). Unfortunately, that transformation will not happen. Today BioWare announced that the Anthem update has been canceled and new development on the game has ceased.

HR จะ Transform ตนเองได้ ต้องเริ่มจากการสร้าง Mindset ที่ถูกต้องให้กับตนเองว่า HR สามารถที่จะสร้างมูลค่าทางธุรกิจให้กับองค์กรได้ ถ้าขาด Mindset นี้ไป อาจจะไม่จำเป็นต้องพูดถึงเรื่อง Transform เพราะงานของ HR อาจจะถูกแทนที่ด้วยเทคโนโลยี หรือไม่ก็ Outsource Service ได้ในไม่ช้า
ความท้าทายถัดมา คือการ Rebrand เพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ พิสูจน์ให้ทั้งผู้บริหาร และ Line Manager เห็นว่า HR สามารถสร้างมูลค่าทางธุรกิจผ่านกระบวนการของ HR ได้ ทั้งในเรื่อง The Right People at First Time, การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นล่วงหน้าทั้ง Hard Skill และ Soft Skill, การปรับผังองค์กรให้เหมาะกับรูปแบบการทำงาน, การกำหนดนโยบายที่ส่งเสริมและดึงศักยภาพการทำงาน
การจะสร้างมูลค่าผ่านกระบวนทำงานตามที่ว่ามา สิ่งแรกที่ HR ไม่เพียงแค่รู้ แต่ต้องเข้าใจอย่างจริงจังก็คือ ธุรกิจขององค์กรทั้งในระดับ Macro และ Micro ถ้าเราไม่เข้าใจธุรกิจ การบริหารคนของเราก็จะยากที่จะเข้าเป้า และส่งเสริมให้องค์กรเติบโต
ลองให้คะแนนดูครับ ถ้าเราเป็น HR คะแนนจาก 0 - 100 เราเข้าใจธุรกิจซักกี่คะแนน แล้วถ้าคะแนนเราไม่ถึง 50 แน่นอนว่าเราต้องพัฒนา ส่วนจะพัฒนายังไงนั้น อย่าให้เสียชื่อความเป็น HR นะครับ
แล้วถ้า HR คือหนึ่งในหน่วยงานสำคัญในการผลักดันให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งองค์กร แต่ HR เองยังไม่ Transform ตัวเอง แล้วเราจะไปผลักดันให้หน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ยังไง
อาจจะไม่แปลกเลยที่องค์กรหรือผู้บริหาร ไม่ได้ให้ HR เข้าไปอยู่ในแผนด้วย เพราะ HR เองไม่ได้สร้างความมั่นใจเลยว่าจะเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
แล้ว HR จะเริ่มจากอะไรดี ผมขอเริ่มอย่างนี้ครับ
ข้อแรก ตอบคำถามให้ชัดว่าหน้าตาของงาน HR หลังจากผ่านการ Transform แล้วเป็นอย่างไร
นี่คือข้อที่สำคัญมากครับ เพราะถ้าภาพเราไม่ชัด เราก็จะไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่าเรากำลังจะเปลี่ยนจากอะไรเป็นอะไร วาดภาพให้ชัดเลยว่า 80 % ของงาน HR จะเป็น Digital ทั้งหมด เหลือไว้แค่ 20 % เพราะอาจจะมีงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เค้าอาจจะไม่ได้ Digital ไปกับเรา
มีภาพชัด เราก็เดินหน้าง่ายครับ
ข้อที่สอง ทำความเข้าใจกับกระบวนการ Transformation คือ Explore, Experiment และ Learn ซึ่งกว่าจะผ่าน Experiment มาเป็น Learn ได้คือไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย และไม่ใช่ทุกการทดลองจะประสบความสำเร็จ ดังนั้นสิ่งที่ HR จะต้องเจอคือ Work Hard ในช่วง Transformation แน่ ๆ
ถ้าการ Transform ของ HR ไม่ได้ผล นั่นอาจจะเพราะเรายัง Work Hard ไม่พอก็ได้ ลองไปวิเคราะห์ดูครับ
ข้อที่สาม กำหนด Mindset ที่จำเป็นซึ่งแน่นอนว่าต้องมี Growth Mindset เป็นที่ตั้ง เน้นในเรื่องของการสร้าง Employee Experience มากกว่าแค่การสร้าง Process ในการทำงานโดยไม่ได้สนใจว่าสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับองค์กรหรือไม่ และที่สำคัญกำหนดบทบาทในงานของตนเองให้เป็นผู้กำหนดกลยุทธ์และให้คำปรึกษาเรื่องการบริหารคน มากกว่าเพียงทำงานเอกสาร
แน่นอนว่าไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย เพราะถ้าง่ายก็คงสำเร็จกันไปหมดแล้ว แต่ก็ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเป็นไปไม่ได้ ที่สำคัญถ้า HR สามารถ Transform ตนเองได้สำเร็จ HR จะเป็น Game Changer ซึ่งมีผลอย่างมากต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กร
สรุปกันอีกที เหตุผลที่ HR ยัง Transform ไม่สำเร็จ
1. ไม่มี Mindset ว่า HR สามารถสร้างคุณค่าให้กับองค์กรได้
2. ไม่เข้าใจธุรกิจมากเพียงพอ
3. มองไม่เห็นหน้าตาที่ชัดเจนของ HR หลังจาก Transform แล้ว
4. ไม่เข้าใจกระบวนการ Transform
5. Work Hard ไม่พอ
6. ทีมงานขาด Growth Mindset และ Growth Mindset ไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงวิธีการทำงานได้ไม่ดีพอ
ลองไปวิเคราะห์ดูว่าเราขาดอะไร แล้วรีบแก้ไขนะครับ
